SPECIAL COURIER SERVICE

Applicants can opt to forward their visa applications to the Australia Visa Application Centre via the courier service (needs to be arranged by VFS only), instead of personally delivering it to our offices. For this service, a special rate of Rands 280 has been offered.

Procedure for availing this Collection & Return delivery Courier service:

Step 1 – The applicant (s) to make the payment in to the VFS Account

step 2 – Once the payment has been made whereby the Payment refernce used should either the Passport number or the Applicant’s Surname, the applicant(s) then needs to either scan & email the proof of payment to info.diacsa@vfshelpline.com or can alternatively fax it to 0865184613. The Name, Contact details & Physical Address of the applicant should also be mentioned along with the proof of payment while sending the email or fax.

Step 3 – VFS will arrange for the courier accordingly for the pickup of the application from the applicant(s) address

Step 4 – The courier will deliver the application to vfs offices & dispatch the same to the Australian High Commission, Pretoria for assessment after completing the administrative procedures.

Step 5 - Once the application has been assessed by the Australian High Commission, Pretoria, they will handover the application to the courier to be sent back to the applicants.

Note: This charge does NOT apply if documents are handed in personally and collected at the Australian Visa Application Centres & if the applicant does not opt for a courier service.

The minimum rate charged per shipment are specified in the table below

VISA APPLYING
PROCESS

Step 1

By Visiting the Australian Visa Application Centers:
Applicants or their representative can visit the Australian Visa Application Centre located at these addresses (click here) to submit their applications.

Step 2

Each application must include the following:

	Completed Visa application form
	Photograph/s (not more than six months old)
	Completed and signed checklist
	Passport
	Documents as listed on the checklist.
	Visa Fee to be paid in a Bank Issued cheque
	VFS administrative fee to be paid into the VFS account

The application after assessment by the Australian High Commission, Pretoria can be collected from the Application Centre where the application was submitted.
